The Institute for Local Government invites local government and nonprofit staff in Imperial County to a grant development and writing training designed to strengthen the skills and partnerships needed to successfully compete for regional, state, and federal grants. This training will offer practical guidance on how to identify and evaluate grant opportunities that align with your agency’s priorities, assess your organization’s readiness to apply, and develop standout proposals with compelling narratives. Attendees will also hear directly from the Strategic Growth Council about what funders look for in high-quality applications. By the end of the session, participants will be equipped with actionable strategies and tools to improve their grant application success.
