Virtual Public Engagement Strategy for Underserved Communities: Challenges and Solutions

Webinar

About this Webinar

Virtual public engagement is here to stay. While many local governments have been successful at exploring new technologies and seeing an increase in public participation, engaging under-resourced communities continues to be a challenge. This webinar will offer some solutions. Drawing on examples from several local governments, we will explore how to design a sustainable and equitable virtual engagement strategy that accounts for language access, digital literacy, intentional outreach and collaboration with community organizations and champions.
