Director of Enterprise Programs and Special Projects

Melissa Kuehne is the Director of Enterprise Programs and Special Projects and has nearly 20 years of experience in outreach, facilitation, project management, technical assistance, and training development. Serving ILG for the last 12 years, Melissa has helped develop and manage many of ILG’s flagship efforts including the BOOST Program, and ILG’s technical assistance programs and associated work on housing and transportation. She leads projects around leadership, housing, governance, and community engagement and has previously worked for a collaborative policy center in Washington State and handled constituent services for a member of Congress. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from UC San Diego and an M.P.A. from the University of Washington’s Evans School of Public Affairs.
