Thank you for your input!
Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to provide responses to ILG’s Sustainable Communities Questionnaire! Your input will help ILG provide useful information and resources to local officials and others interested in sustainability. We plan to share results with respondents in the near future.
We would also like to hear from colleagues or associates that you think would be interested in responding to the questionnaire. You can copy the message below to direct your colleagues to an open version of the questionnaire:
You may have already received this questionnaire, but as a fellow colleague involved in sustainability work, I thought you might want to provide your input. The Institute for Local Government is looking for new ways to help local officials sift through and apply the growing body of information about sustainability. The 11-question survey is available on ILG’s website at http://www.ca-ilg.org/questionnaire.
Finally, I’d like to invite you to learn more about the Institute’s Beacon Award during a special session taking place at the League of California Cities Annual Conference in San Francisco. The Beacon Award recognizes California cities and counties working to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, save energy and promote sustainability.
The session takes place Friday, September 23rd, 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. and will offer an opportunity for participating agencies and other local officials to share ideas about sustainability efforts and learn what other participants are doing as part of their Beacon Award program activities.
Thank you again for your thoughts and ideas regarding the Institute’s programs to assist local officials to make their communities more sustainable.
