The California Air Resources Board is seeking comments on its proposed update to the Climate Change Scoping Plan. The plan guides the development of California’s greenhouse gas emission reduction programs. The update identifies opportunities to drive GHG reductions through strategic planning and investments and highlights accomplishments of local agencies (page 123).
