About the Webinar

With unprecedented federal funding in 2024 and constantly shifting state and federal funding priorities, local government agencies struggle to track, assess, and apply for grant programs. This challenge is especially difficult for agencies with limited staff capacity, where just one agency staff member is responsible for grant applications.

In this “101” workshop, participants will learn to assess the competitive viability and readiness of planning, infrastructure, and programmatic projects. Participants will take away strategies on assessing the agency’s readiness to apply, conducting community engagement for grant applications, working across departments, and much more.
