The Institute for Local Government, in cooperation with the Statewide Energy Efficiency Collaborative, would like to welcome the Coachella Valley Association of Governments as our newest Beacon Champion. The Beacon Award Program recognizes champions that provide sustained assistance to current and future Beacon Award participants. CVAG joins The Energy Coalition, South Bay Cities Council of Governments and Western Riverside Council of Governments as Beacon Champions.
