Asian Pacific American Legal Center plans to partner with local organizations in six regions (Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Bay area, Santa Clara County and the Central Valley) to promote census participation by Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders. The Center offers trainings on strategies for conducting outreach to HTC populations.
