Public Trust & Transparency

There are a number of laws and principles that apply to public service. Unfortunately, the laws are quite technical and a matter of common sense.To acquaint you with these laws and principles, your agency will be in contact with you about taking the training required by AB 1234.  The law requires you to get this training within one year of taking office. Getting this training as soon as possible helps minimize the potential for missteps.
