In Memory of Dr. Stephen H. Schneider

The climate protection community suffered an enormous loss with the sudden passing of Dr. Stephen Schneider, one of the world's foremost authorities on climate change. Dr. Schneider was one of the first high-level scientists to articulate the important role local governments play in combating climate change. Read his 2003 paper “Global climate policy: will cities lead the way?”
