This report includes profiles of over 40 municipal energy efficiency programs as a guide for cities and counties preparing to implement federally-funded energy efficiency and conservation plans. The report was prepared by the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE).
Established in 2008, the Santa Clara County Climate Change and Sustainability Program has developed a Climate Action Plan for Operations and Facilities, and Green Building Policy for County Government Buildings. Both documents are available on the program's Web page.
