Financing Public Infrastructure: Municipal Tools for Community Infrastructure & Economic Development
The session will provide an overview of financing options
available to fund infrastructure and the intricacies of the
municipal bond market. Additionally, case studies from across the
Sacramento Region will be discussed highlighting active
developments in the County of Sacramento and the Cities of Davis,
Elk Grove and West Sacramento. The session hopes to provide great
insights for attendees regarding how local governments can
successfully raise essential capital to achieve their
infrastructure needs, spur economic development and learn about
other relevant topics such as public-private partnerships. After
the presentation, a networking event will be held at a nearby
hang-out in West Sacramento!
