Diversity Uncovered: Revealing Hidden Bias in the Workplace
Join Region 4 for a FUN and interactive, CGL Certified, workshop
where you can develop knowledge and self-awareness on topics
related to diversity and equity in the workplace (including
privilege, microaggressions, and implicit bias). Participants
will have the opportunity to move around, challenge their
thinking, and interact with other local government professionals
about ways to improve communication in our workplaces and our
communities.
Due to popular demand of this workshop with limited space, TWO
sessions are being offered, one in the morning and one in the
afternoon. Each session is limited to 25 participants and will
last for 3.5 hours. You can sign up for either session (same
content in both). Snacks will be provided.
This workshop will be led by Tiffany Hoang and Tyrone Botelho,
Co-Founders of CircleUp Education.
