The webinar will also include information about new tools available to help local agencies meet these challenges and will provide time for questions and discussion.
The webinar is the last in a series of webinars offered by the Institute for Local Government, with support from the California Department of Resources, Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle), to help local officials develop commercial recycling programs.
