The Institute for Local Government is seeking an energetic, public engagement progam manager to help lead its public engagement efforts.

The Institute’s Public Engagement team of Mahvash Hassan, Christal Love Lazard, Karalee Browne, Jessica Aviña-Tong and Susan Stuart Clark have done a marvelous job of carrying on the good work of the Public Engagement Program during Terry’s recuperation.  

However, even with Terry’s return on a part-time basis, there is much more work to be done to provide information and resources to help local officials and their communities make good decisions about the design, delivery and assessment of their public engagement processes, as well as to contribute to other aspects of the Institute’s work in promoting trust and confidence in California local officials.
