Click on RSS icon next to area you want to subscribe to. This will take you to a page where you can choose how the RSS feed will be delivered.

If you use Internet Explorer 7, you can choose to have RSS feeds appear in your Favorites.

If you use Firefox, you can choose to have RSS feeds appear in your Bookmarks list.
