  This new one-stop-shop for all Californians, developed by the California Air Resources Board, is filled with quick, easy-to-use and reliable tools that Californians need to save money and reduce their impact on the climate.
• ICLEI - Local Governments for Sustainability
  ICLEI is an association founded in 1990 of 1100 local governments from 67 countries who are committed to sustainable development. ICLEI provides technical consulting, training, and information services to build capacity, share knowledge, and support local government in the implementation of sustainable development at the local level.
• CAPCOA Model Policies for Greenhouse Gases in General Plans
  This report contains model greenhouse gas reduction policies prepared by CAPCOA for inclusion in General Plans, along with a wide range of related information for local officials.
