ABAG TOD Marketplace 2009

City planners are invited to attend this event to learn more about TOD projects and how to implement their own TOD visions.

TOD Marketplace 2009 connects city planners with developers who can help them realize TOD visions.  This will be the 4th year for this exciting event, which is organized by The Urban Land Institute, MTC, ABAG, Reconnecting America, and The Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California. Featured Cities are all regional FOCUS Priority Development Areas. Over the summer, each city leads a ULI-sponsored tour of their TOD area and presents their plan to a multi disciplinary panel, including real estate, regulatory, transportation, and affordable housing specialists. At the September Marketplace, panels present their findings and recommendations in a dynamic conversation with city staff and the audience.
