City of Brentwood
Themes: Joint Use Agreements, Inter-Agency Council, School Resource Officers
The City of Brentwood, Brentwood Union School District and Liberty Union High School District have several ongoing partnerships. These include: joint use agreements for free joint use of identified school and city facilities, city-provided emergency preparedness trainings for both school districts and ongoing capital improvement maintenance costs for three facilities at Brentwood Union School District. The Brentwood Police Department also offers a police activities league after-school program at Edna Hill Middle School and provides school resource officers to both school districts.
In order to discuss common interests and maintain various agreements, the three agencies (City of Brentwood, Brentwood Union School District, Liberty Union High School District) participate in a joint inter-agency council with quarterly meetings.
