By reducing the city’s carbon footprint, the community seeks  to ensure a clean, sustainable, thriving San Diego for generations to come. Unanimously approved by a bipartisan City Council on December 15, 2015, San Diego’s Climate Action Plan aims to cut the city’s carbon footprint in half by 2035.
